The content provided during mentorship sessions or through our platform does not constitute financial,
investment, legal, or tax advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making any
financial decisions.

6. Payment and Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you select. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise
specified in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify the fee structure at any time with prior notice
to users.

7. Intellectual Property and Restrictions on Use

All content, materials, and information provided as part of our services, including but not limited to videos,
articles, mentorship sessions, and training materials, are the intellectual property of Profitpunks FX FZC and
are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access

You are prohibited from:

12. Breach and Liquidated Damages

be entitled to liquidated damages in the amount of USD 100,000. This amount is agreed upon as a
reasonable estimation of the anticipated damages Profitpunks FX FZC would suffer due to such a breach,
and not as a penalty.
